If you go to the gym or hate the gym one of the best pieces of equipment to always have is a FIT BALL - you know the big round inflated plastic ball.
Exercise 1 - Fit Ball Leg CurlsLye flat on your back with feet straight on the ball.
Then raise your lower half of your body, by liftiing your hips up, while feet are still on ball.
Then roll the ball with your heels towards your bum.
