Well just finished a massive Tuesday evening boot camp & beginners boot camp. We had 8 beginners set to get totally fit this year. Plus we had 6 fitness nuts who pushed their fitness to the max.

Personal trainers matt n Elise were in top form and had all members pumping n thumping!

3. Hill sprints

To finish our group fitness boot camp session at heritage park castle hill, we did car pushing which was a huge hit with the boot campers.
