Well, I have 3 simple yet very effective rules you must follow to start to see change..
1. Drink at least 2 litres of water each day
2. Eat small regular meals every 3-4 hours
3. Incorporate physical activity (walking, gym, Bodsquad, team sport, swimming) everyday
