Nutritious Meals By Michelle Fisher

Start your day with My Breakfast Oat Pancake for sustained energy and rich nutrient content!

Ingredients
3-4 Eggs.
1/2 cup unprocessed oats or porridge.
1 cup water.
1/2 mixed berries (frozen or fresh).
Natural Honey

Simply combine your oats and water in a bowl and microwave for about 90 seconds.
Add eggs (less yokes) and mix.
Pour into non-stick pan and cook both sides evenly like a pancake.
Put on plate and drizzle with natural honey and top with berries for that anti-oxidant hit!

Wash it down with


a glass of grapefruit juice to kick start your metabolism!
