I thought we would start to include nutrition now as it does make up 70% of fitness success n our body transformation.


yes it's true... To change your body shape, the total amount of calories you eat needs to be less than the amount you use in order to force your body to use stored fat for fuel.

NOTE: to lose weight, u have to eat. Very low calorie diets slow down your metabolism. Your body tries to conserve the amount of energy it's using n goes into 'survival mode'.
Hey n guess what that means.... U will gain all the weight u lost plus more! How good is that - NOT!
