Michelle Fishers 3 Important Rules to Success!
Does the thought of dieting make you cringe? Are exercising regularly but not noticing any real results? Are you feeling fatigued?
Answered YES to any of the above.........
Well, I have 3 simple yet very effective rules you must follow to start to see change..
1. Drink at least 2 litres of water each day
2. Eat small regular meals every 3-4 hours
3. Incorporate physical activity (walking, gym, Bodsquad, team sport, swimming) everyday

Super strap session at castle hill boot camp
Castle hill boot camp n group personal training sessions with fit strap!

Hey guys, how was ur weekend... Well we r so pumped here at Bodsquad.... It's only 2 weeks into the year n we have had a massive response to our program n sessions.
Check out the super Fit Straps. This is suspension training in castle hill n the hills district at it's best.

The Fit Straps r so versitile with over 300 exercises u can do on them. They r fantastic for toning, sculpting, definition n fat loss with total body workouts!

Nutritious Meals By Michelle Fisher
Start your day with My Breakfast Oat Pancake for sustained energy and rich nutrient content!
Ingredients
3-4 Eggs.
1/2 cup unprocessed oats or porridge.
1 cup water.
1/2 mixed berries (frozen or fresh).
Natural Honey
Simply combine your oats and water in a bowl and microwave for about 90 seconds.
Add eggs (less yokes) and mix.
Pour into non-stick pan and cook both sides evenly like a pancake.
Put on plate and drizzle with natural honey and top with berries for that anti-oxidant hit!
Wash it down with

a glass of grapefruit juice to kick start your metabolism!

Hey team,
This is all about exercise bs nutrition....

Since diet is more important than exercise, I've decided to
spend a lot time sharing nutrition tips this week, starting with
these 3 diet secrets:
1) Your nutrition program doesn't have to be extreme.
Hold up on the insane New Year's changes. Make sure the nutrition plan you've chosen is sustainable. Simple diet changes go a lot
farther than you might think.
Why not just eat more whole, natural foods rather than trying to go
on an impossible-to-stick-to ultra-low carb extreme plan?

2) Get the junk out of the house.
If it's in your house, you'll eat it...and trust me, this goes for
me too. When I visited my parents holiday house for Christmas, I ate all the
chocolate I could find. But I keep it out of my house here in the
big city.
So whatever your weakness is, keep it out of your home.
Success is that simple.

3) Fill in the "diet-killing" gap.
For some of us, the diet-killing gap is between work and dinner. For
others, it's between dinner and bedtime, but for almost everyone,
there is a point in the day when we suffer from mindless eating.
So make sure you have alternatives...as soon as you come home from
work, cut up vegetables and dip them into hummus. That will keep you
full on a small amount of calories.
After dinner, if you need something sweet, stir up chocolate protein
powder into a small bit of plain yogurt. That will satisfy you.
Train hard, eat smart, look good, feel great!

yes it's true... To change your body shape, the total amount of calories you eat needs to be less than the amount you use in order to force your body to use stored fat for fuel.
NOTE: to lose weight, u have to eat. Very low calorie diets slow down your metabolism. Your body tries to conserve the amount of energy it's using n goes into 'survival mode'.
Hey n guess what that means.... U will gain all the weight u lost plus more! How good is that - NOT!

Castle Hill beginners boot camp explodes
Hey guys,

Well just finished a massive Tuesday evening boot camp & beginners boot camp. We had 8 beginners set to get totally fit this year. Plus we had 6 fitness nuts who pushed their fitness to the max.

Personal trainers matt n Elise were in top form and had all members pumping n thumping!
WOD - Half
2 ROUNDS
100 skipping
50 Walking lunges
25. Push ups
12. Burpees
6. Wall muscle ups
3. Hill sprints

To finish our group fitness boot camp session at heritage park castle hill, we did car pushing which was a huge hit with the boot campers.
C u at the next session.
Train hard, eat well, look & feel great.

Castle Hill Beginners boot camp begins

Well well, it's been a long time coming and it's here. The castle hill beginners boot camp

n group fitness sessions. It was an awesome start with 6 recruits starting the boot camp on the second day of 2010. Well done to Matt who runs the beginners boot camp for Bodsquad castle hill. This is going to be huge team.
